Columbus & Over Group (COG) was founded in 2014 as a boutique residential real estate consultancy and brokerage. We are dedicated to servicing a sophisticated clientele in Boston’s Back Bay and South End, specifically.

Our name refers to Columbus Avenue, the dividing line between these two premier Boston neighborhoods. Our firm also covers Beacon Hill and Downtown Crossing, sometimes known as Midtown. By providing clients with the raw data and the anecdotal ammunition they need to make decisions, we add value far beyond what clients can find on their own through MLS, Zillow, Trulia or Redfin.

We drive the cyclical real estate sales process from initial inquiry through closing and keep clients updated on market dynamics throughout their ownership period. We recognize that our clients often have significant amounts of their net worth in real estate and we encourage them to treat real estate like they would any other investment asset by monitoring the markets quarterly and checking in routinely with their COG advisor.

We are cultivating a group of passionate Boston real estate insiders dedicated to practicing this business in a contemporary, advisory paradigm. We spend our time learning and understanding real estate in hyper localized areas so that we can deliver our clients discernible intelligence that is not readily available. In so doing, our clients can act faster and more decisively because they are equipped with the confidence to move forward.
