Jeff Hamilton

Jeff founded and leads Columbus & Over Group where he has been the Managing Broker since 2014. His sales business revolves around servicing clients through deep dive data analysis and “insider” information. He focuses his counsel on value creation and retention while prioritizing the best interest of his clients above all else. Jeff is known for his special focus and expertise within the South End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill luxury markets in addition to Brookline where he has lived since 2021. Since 2017, among 2,000+ agents who transacted in the city of Boston, Jeff ranks as one of the 25 most productive according to MLS PIN. He has completed hundreds of sales across the city of Boston representing both buyers and sellers as well as tenants and landlords.

On the personal side, Jeff spent a decade living in the South End before moving to the Chestnut Hill area of Brookline with his wife and three children. Jeff grew up in Belmont, MA and attended Belmont Hill School before matriculating to Davidson College. He earned an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College. Golf, skiing, global travel, youth hockey and paddle tennis are the areas he spends time when not talking real estate!
