$2M+ Luxury Market Data
Not known as much for its luxury sales, 2024 only saw 1 sale over $2M in the St. Botolph sub-neighborhood and it was off-market.
This transaction at 1 Durham Street was nothing to scoff at though. The architecturally exceptional Victorian townhouse fetched $5,250,000 in relative short order as its listing agent was quickly able to identify a buyer from the area who wanted to gain square footage and stay close to what they knew. The home had previously sold in 2006.
