St. Botolph

Back Bay

This quaint and cozy residential area is an attractive spot for anyone who desires a quiet neighborhood street with near immediate access to a commercial center. Home to a diverse mix of families, artists, and professionals, the streets of St. Botolph feature mostly historic brownstones with some newer condominiums and apartment towers. Though the neighborhood is mostly residential, its prime location between Back Bay and the South End offers residents easy access to the best parts of Boston’s top neighborhoods.

Nestled between Prudential to the northwest and Claremont to the southeast, St. Botolph’s eight-block stretch is bounded by Huntington Avenue, Copley Place, the Southwest Corridor Park and Massachusetts Avenue.

Not known as much for its luxury sales, 2023 saw six sales in the St. Botolph sub-neighborhood. This is up from last year where only 3 properties traded here over $2M. This contributed $18,915,000 to the Back Bay sales volume total.
