Emma earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University before completing her MBA at Northeastern University in Boston, where she deepened her expertise in finance, negotiation, and market analytics—skills that now serve her well in real estate. Before transitioning into the industry, she worked at Wayfair, gaining invaluable experience in client relations, home design, and e-commerce strategy.
In 2023, Emma joined Columbus & Over Group as a Residential Real Estate Advisor, helping clients navigate Boston’s competitive housing market with confidence. Having personally purchased multiple residential properties, she understands the emotional and financial significance of real estate decisions and is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors make well-informed choices.
A Newton, MA resident, Emma has a deep appreciation for the local market and its surrounding communities. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys exploring Boston’s neighborhoods, staying active, and spending time with her beloved dog.
