Jonathan’s people-first mindset paired with his insatiable drive to deliver positive outcomes has propelled his real estate career. He retains and grows his client base by bringing an unparalleled level of expertise to his local markets – Wellesley and Nantucket. As a 7th generation Wellesleyan, and a 13th generation Nantucketer, Jonathan has a deep knowledge and brings unique history to both markets. Jonathan was born and raised in Wellesley, and spent every summer with his family on Nantucket. Having completed development projects in both markets, Jonathan has a keen understanding of current zoning, local regulations, and the overall permitting process. Assisting clients through regulatory hurdles is only one aspect of what he delivers.

In addition to MetroWest, Jonathan is highly knowledgeable in the Nantucket market, helping his buyers, sellers, and rental clients. He takes great pleasure in finding the perfect home for his clients, and loves receiving the frequent messages from them, such as: “Hey Jonathan – just wanted to let you know we’re in the house.  We absolutely love it!  Maybe the favorite rental we’ve ever had here in 5 years.  Thanks for everything sir.”

Having graduated in 2012 from Elon University in North Carolina, Jonathan spent several years wholesaling financial products for John Hancock Investments.  He learned a great deal about the sales process, and macroeconomic drivers during his tenure at John Hancock – two qualities he brings to his real estate career. Most recently, Jonathan took his sales expertise to Springboard Retail, an early-stage technology startup headquartered in South Boston.  Jonathan led enterprise sales, and helped create the business development team within Springboard. He played a key role in Springboard’s eventual acquisition by Fortune 500 company Global Payments (GPN) in February 2020.

On a personal note, Jonathan enjoys golfing, skiing, tennis, conversations around New England Sports, and challenging himself physically. In 2018, he competed in a very cold and wet running of the Boston Marathon, and in 2023 he took part in the Nantucket Triathlon. Jonathan married the love of his life, Jenna, in September 2021 on Nantucket. He and Jenna split their time between their homes in MetroWest and Nantucket.
