We launched Columbus & Over Group in January of 2015. My idea for the company was to create a residential brokerage that focused intently on the core neighborhoods of Boston but, more importantly, offered a level of service, strategy and data that I had not previously witnessed as a home buyer and seller. The company has grown into an established player in the luxury residential markets with 10+ licensed real estate agents and 130+ satisfied clients in nearly five years in business. As of today, I am proud to announce that Columbus & Over Group has entered into a joint venture with the Dartmouth Company to create Converge Ventures (CNVRG). CNVRG represents a new face in the servicing of mixed-use and multifamily real estate sales in Boston.

So, Columbus & Over will continue to be the reliable, luxury condo and townhome brokerage that it was designed to be while CNVRG will cater to larger developments with multi-unit sales, capital markets activity and/or consultative land planning needs.
