Hiring: Marketing & Design Co-Op
Full Time, In Person
As a Marketing & Design Co-op at COG you will be immersed in the real estate industry. We are on the cutting-edge of our market & expected to push the boundaries of what’s been done before. Our team ideates & creates ground-breaking marketing collateral that stands out while capturing what it means to live in (or move to!) Boston. You will work closely with our sales agents and visit super luxury properties around the city with the expectation that you can create content to show off these homes. You will be expected to craft customized content for each real estate agent, create print and digital marketing assets, and build their personal brands on the web and social platforms.
The ideal candidate will:
- Contribute to listing materials we create when we bring a property to the market.
- Design & develop Social Media content: reels, posts & stories
- Provide support keeping up to date with trends, so we are always early adopters.
- Assist in managing Agent’s social media pages and posts
- Contribute to our locally focused “COGnitions” blog.
- Assist with the production of our: Boston Luxury Real Estate Reports
- Help plan and execute signature client events.
- Create ad-hoc in-house signage & swag on cricut
Skills/Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Google (or Microsoft) Suite.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Must be Social Media Savvy: notably, IGTV, Reels, youtube & more
- Must be able to work quickly with tight turnaround times.
- Must be capable of preparing a file for print or web publishing.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp and/or email marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- Familiarity with Cricut is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills and know-how.
- Must be a team player— We are an entrepreneurial company where independence and self motivation is valued immensely. Candidates must be flexible and willing to jump in on any of the exciting projects that come our way!
