Nonantum, also known as “The Lake,” is one of Newton’s most close-knit and historically rich villages. Known for its strong Italian-American roots, the village features a lively mix of local bakeries, family-owned restaurants, and annual festivals that celebrate its heritage. With a more urban feel than some of Newton’s other villages, Nonantum offers a mix of single-family homes, multi-family residences, and condominiums at a relatively more accessible price point.
