The ideal candidate will:

• Develop teasers, highlight reels & social video campaigns for active listings 
• Film agent profiles and build lifestyle content  
• Bolster creation and curation of social media content for the company
• Learn & understand digital trends to benefit content performance
• Visit our construction sites and record progress updates over time
• Animate video content for listings and marketing updates
• Help create and edit Drone footage

Potential Contributions:

• Contribute content to our locally focused “COGnitions” blog
• Develop materials for new construction buildings 
• Assist with the production of our January: Boston Luxury Real Estate Report 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be Social Media Savvy: notably, IGTV, Reels, YouTube & more
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: notably, Rush, Premiere, After Effects
• Must be able to work quickly with tight turnaround times
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, with excellent time-management skills.
• Must be a team player. We are an entrepreneurial company where independence and self motivation is valued immensely. Candidates must be flexible and willing to jump in on any of the exciting projects that come our way!
