Interior Finishing Underway at Beacon Hill’s Victoria Residences | By Rachel Bakish

Interior finishing is progressing on the initial phase of the Victoria Residences in Beacon Hill. Plans call for a complex redevelopment of 33-35 Bowdoin Street, the former St. John the Evangelist Church, into a residential building bringing brand new living spaces plus commercial space to the Beacon Hill market.

There are six ultra luxurious residential units across the brick rowhouse and the former church building. In the six story brownstone property are three residential condominiums. These units exhibit a very contemporary design and aesthetic on the interiors while staying loyal to the historic nature of the exterior in classic Beacon Hill.

Unit 2, a 1,452 SF two bedroom condo with two outdoor spaces, is now staged and on the market. View this Residence  >

Units 1 and 3 in the building are expected to follow in the next month. The scale and history of this project is inspiring and must be seen to be believed!
