Columbus & Over Group is a luxury real estate firm specializing in Boston’s core neighborhoods. Here, you will be immersed in the real estate industry & expected to capture the heart of what it means to live in (or move to!) Boston. You will work closely with our agents and visit listings across the core of the city to create content with a luxury aesthetic.

You will also be a central part of the creative team behind the new residential brands we develop for our larger new construction building sell-outs. Currently these branded properties include:
- The Beacon, Watertown:
A 28 unit building with a modern aestetic. - The Tess, East Boston:
A 9 unit original sellout, with a second property coming soon. - Victoria Residences, Beacon Hill:
3 historic units in the core of Boston.

Mac piloted his first drone flight on his first day Columbus & Over Group and there’s been #nolimits since. From the top of #Boston‘s most stunning skyscrapers to the shores of #Nantucket‘s idyllic beaches, the COG drone has a worldview that beats most. We couldn’t capture all the beauty of our world-class city and state without DJI technology and Mac O’Hara’s incredible prowess with the remote control.
Hailey Lowenstein
Raised in Walpole, MA with roots in Newport, RI, Hailey Lowenstein came to @columbusandover as a fourth-year Media Screen Studies and Communications student.
She brought her dynamic eye for video and pushed our video and content production platform to new heights, both literally and figuratively! 🚁
Sophie Wachs
Sophie brought her passion for storytelling to life @columbusandover through our robust videography program.
From helping agents showcase their personalities to crafting dazzling, luxury listing videos, Sophie got to the essence of every person and property via her documentary style skills camera skills.
Charlie Allan
Originally from Central New Jersey, Charlie Allan joined @columbusandover as a second year Media Arts: Animation student minoring in Graphic Design at Northeastern University.
He dove into our video program and brought his energetic personality to our group everyday! His inquisitive nature intergrated him, his fresh ideas kept our team striving to reach the next level and his collaborative attitude helped us reach it.
