Summer’s end is always bittersweet, but there are so many things to do in Boston that make the transition to fall exciting.
Here are a few things on our bucket list for the fall:
- Grabbing a dip at a rooftop pool. The pool at the Colonnade is open until October 1st. The crowds die out after the summer, but the weather can still be hot enough for a swim. It’s the perfect time to enjoy one of the most unique rooftop bars in Boston.
- Eating somewhere new like Folio in the Athenaeum in Beacon Hill, surrounded by books, or getting a delicious chocolate snack at cacao in the South End. Your taste buds will thank you!
- Releasing tension with an aerial yoga clas at Swet Studio in the South End.
- Meeting a furry friend at the new cat cafe in Beacon Hill and seeing what all the feline fuss is about.
- Cheering on the rowers at Head of the Charles. It’s always a great way to spend an October day at this iconic race when the weather cooperates and even if it doesn’t!
- Exploring the Mapparium, a gorgeous three-story stained glass globe that you can walk through and now photograph. It’s one of Boston’s best kept secrets.
- Filling our walls with art from SoWa, including at their SoWa Sundays in September. It’s a great way to make your home more cozy and support local makers.
