Boutique fitness studios have been on the rise across the country over the past few years, and Boston is no exception. What are boutique fitness studios
you ask? Great Question! Boutique fitness studios are essentially smaller gyms that focus on group or individual classes, and they often focus on one
particular fitness style (ex. Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Barre…) Here’s a list of some of our favorites across Boston.

with personal training sessions. The studio focuses on variety of workouts to insure an unparalleled experience. Unlike many other studios that focus
on one type of class, BURN has it all, including Rowing, Cycling, Pilates Fusion, TRX, Broga, and Tabata. The Studio also prides itself on personalization,
with a tag line of “We Fit You” they aim to provide flexible price points and also personal attention from their esteemed instructors.

to 18 Union Park Street, located within the 8 Streets Neighborhood, all the while remaining at the
top of the industry. Recycle Studio focuses on offering a kick ass full body workout on the bike, with unique choreography and awesome music. The instructors
are top notch and get you in the mood to sweat. Be sure to reserve your ride ahead of time, as seats fill up quickly at this place. They also have

Barry’s Bootcamp is one of the more intense workouts offered in this list. Barry’s considers themselves the original high-intensity workout, with their
classes burning up to 1,000 calories! The classes are a mix of running and weights but every class will vary a little so you are never doing the same
thing on repeat. Although the classes may seem a bit intimidating the instructors are there to help you and motivate you to do things you didn’t even
know you could. Each day of the week focuses on a different area of the body to ensure that you are getting toned in all the right places. Monday is
arms and abs, Tuesday is butt and legs, Wednesday is chest, back and abs, Thursday is hardcore abs, and Friday/Saturday/Sunday are full body. If this
seems up your alley be sure to check out Barry’s at 30 Chauncy Street in Downtown Crossing, and keep your eyes peeled for a Chestnut Hill location
coming soon!
