Building Description

The Ritz Residences is coming to South Station. This property is under construction and anticipates delivery in early 2024. It will add 166 luxurious homes to our inventory in 2025. These homes will stretch the geography of the Waterfront down Fort Point Channel to South Station itself. The tower will reach 51 floors and offer impressive views out toward the Boston harbor and to the South and west of the city. It tops out at 680 feet high which will make it the 5th tallest building in Boston. Units range from studios to 3+ bedroom penthouses.
