Sports Simulators: Boston’s Newest Development Trend | By Rachel Bakish

The Boston luxury development boom continues to take the city by storm and the “arms race” for the poshest amenity trend is fun to watch. Luxury buyers have grand expectations and developers must dig deep to satisfy the appetite these future residents have for comfort, convenience and something to talk about at the next cocktail party. From multiple pools to pet spa services, these new amenities we see are not the ‘traditional’ packages our rich uncle had. 

So, while gyms and fitness rooms are to be expected, a newer development trend in Boston that seems to be enticing prospective residents is the sports simulator. Merging technology with wellness, new developments are starting to offer sports simulators as an extension of their fitness offerings. Check out these new buildings that are getting on board:
