Since entering the business, Kendall has focused on building a deep understanding of the local market by closely tracking sales activity, studying pricing trends, and working alongside senior agents on active transactions. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work and is especially attuned to how homes support lifestyle, flow, and day-to-day living.
Shaped in part by summers in Maine, Kendall has a natural appreciation for New England’s sense of place, seasonal rhythms, and homes that feel both timeless and livable. She is committed to being a steady, well-prepared resource for clients, whether they are buying their first home or thinking through a longer-term move.
Outside of real estate, Kendall enjoys photographing Boston’s streetscapes, exploring the city’s restaurant scene, practicing yoga, and spending time on the Cape.
