What $1,00,000 can buy in the July Boston Real Estate Market | By Rachel Bakish

The supply of condos available for purchase in the depths of the summer months (July/August) is always more limited than the prolific spring sales market but some condos are still on the market and worth taking a closer look at under the prism of value and “affordability.” Citywide, Boston real estate has set more records in 2019 as it relates to the average price per square foot ($/SF). As of the second quarter of 2019, the average $/SF for residential property in Boston is  $1,067.* With such a high number, one must wonder, what $1M can buy you in the city’s core neighborhoods? The following offerings are listed in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, and Seaport.
